Avid Ratings announces the winners of the 2013 Avid® Award for Best Customer Experience. Veridian Homes was awarded the Avid Gold Award - Best Customer Experience, North Central Region.
Now in its tenth year, the Avid Award is the leading industry-sponsored award program honoring the best builders in the U.S. for delighting homeowners. The awards include the Avid Diamond Award, which recognizes the No. 1 builder in the U.S.; the Avid Custom Builder Diamond Award, recognizing the No. 1 custom builder in the U.S.; the Avid Gold Award, recognizing the No. 1 builder in a U.S. region; the Avid Custom Builder Gold Award, recognizing the No. 1 custom builder in a U.S. region; and the Avid Benchmark Award, which honors up to two builders in a region that rank among the top 25% of builders nationwide for superior customer experience.
Results of the 2013 award year are based on customer experience surveys conducted January through December, 2012.
Veridian Homes' Avid Index - a measure of overall customer experience - was the highest in the north central U.S. region. The Avid survey also found that 94% of Veridian's home buyers in 2012 would recommend Veridian Homes to family and friends.
