    2012 Avid Awards Honoring Veridian Homes for Best Customer Service in Midwest

  • Veridian Homes has been recognized by Avid Ratings as the No. 1 builder in the Midwest for customer experience for 2012. The company topped all Midwestern builders in the study with an Avid Index Score of 276 points (out of a total 300 points) as rated by their customers. Over 96% of their home buyers said they would recommend Veridian Homes to family and friends.
