Ongoing Homeowner Support.
Before you take that final step into homeownership and move into your new Veridian home, we'll walk you through it. We'll explain in detail how all the components of your new home operate and how to best care for your new addition. We're here for you long after the close. After 30 days and then again at 11 months, we'll be visiting to answer any questions you might have, address warranty work and to ensure you and your dream home are settling in nicely. Chances are, we're going to be friends.
Our Warranty.
Each Veridian home carries a one-year limited warranty. We want you to feel safe and settled in your dream home because when you're happy, we're happy. Plus, all the products and components in your new home, from appliances to roof shingles, come with their own warranties as well, some extending for many years down the road.
