Meet Your Team.

When you build with Veridian Homes, you'll work with a team of highly trained experts. From your New Home Specialist and Design Studio Consultant to your Personal Builder and Customer Care Representative, you'll always have someone looking out for your best interests. Your personal Veridian team will help you with financing, site selection, home plans, design changes, choosing components, and even getting settled into your new home after closing.

Prequalify.

How much home can you afford? It's the question that faces every homebuyer sooner or later. Fortunately, it's one that's easily answered, too. Just complete our prequalification form online or stop in for a visit. We'll crunch the numbers and quickly give you an estimate so you can plan with confidence.

Sell Your Home. End Your Lease.

It's an all-too-common dilemma. You're hesitant to buy a new home because you have to sell your old home first. Enter our Guaranteed Sale Program. How it works is simple. If your old home doesn't sell by the time your new home is built, we'll buy it at a fair price. Guaranteed.

Happen to be renting? Not a problem. We'll help pay the rent if your lease doesn't end by the time you're ready to move. How's that for easy?

Choose Your Neighborhood.

For many people, finding the right neighborhood is just as important as finding the right home. That's why we offer homesites in beautiful neighborhoods throughout Madison and Dane County. Neighborhoods conveniently located to parks, shopping, and schools.

Choose Your Home Plan.

Work with one of our New Home Specialists to figure out what's right for you. We offer over 40 home plans with options to match every taste, style, and budget. Designed by our on-staff architect, these plans can be personalized to meet your unique needs.

Financing.

Once you've selected your home plan, we can help determine the dollars you'll need. Our financing company will assemble a financing package that's just right for you. And unlike many other builders, we don't require construction loans — just a modest amount down with the balance due at closing.

Add the Finishing Touches.

The finishing touches. For many, this is where the real fun begins. Because with our award-winning Design Studio, adding your personality to your new home is easy and enjoyable. At our Design Studio, you can select flooring, faucets, siding, shingles, cabinets, countertops, and everything else you need to express your individual style and taste. What's more, our Design Studio Consultants can help you make any or all of your decisions.

Start Building.

It all comes down to smart planning and quality work. Our construction system has both. You'll have an experienced Personal Builder at the job site overseeing a team of highly qualified trade contractors. Your Personal Builder will be on-site throughout the entire process to answer your questions, to keep you posted on the progress of your new home, and to ensure your peace of mind. Without question, building a home has never been easier.

Closing Time.

Nobody likes to be surprised at closing with price changes. So, unless you change it in writing, your signing price is the final price at closing. We update all paperwork as we go along so you're fully aware of all changes, charges, updates, and allowances. Isn't that a nice surprise for a change?

Moving Day.

Our award-winning construction system ensures that your home gets built in an organized, timely fashion, without cutting corners. Once you approve plans, specifications, and selections, your new home will be ready on time. Guaranteed.

Ongoing Customer Service.

We're with you for the long haul. So much so that your Personal Builder will walk you through your new home after you close and explain in detail how all the components operate. Your Personal Builder will then meet with you at 30 days and once more at 11 months to answer any questions, address warranty work, and ensure you're getting settled in. Chances are, you're going to be friends.
