Repeat Buyer Program
Once you move into a newly-built Veridian home or condominium home, you’re more than a customer—you’re part of our family. And the Repeat Buyer Program is just our way of saying thank you.
And so, if you build or have purchased a home with Veridian Homes, Don Simon Homes or Midland Builders, you are eligible for a credit towards your next home. When you purchase your next Veridian home and you’ll receive 1% off the total price. This discount applies to the total purchase price when located in a Veridian Homes neighborhood.
Guaranteed Sale Program.
It's an all-too-familiar scenario. You're ready to move into the home you've been dreaming about, but you have to sell your current home first. And the longer that takes, the more likely you'll be paying two mortgages concurrently. Our Guaranteed Sale Program can help. Here's how it works: First, we'll start building your new home. Next, we'll help you sell your current home. And if it doesn't sell within an agreed-upon time, we'll buy it from you at an agreed-upon price. We'll even guarantee your closing date so you don't have to worry about mistiming your move. Some homes and locations in Dane County may be excluded from the Guaranteed Sale Program.
Lease Liberation Programs.
An apartment lease should never stand between you and your dream home. That's why we offer our Lease Liberation Programs. Whether your lease ends before or after your closing date, when you're ready to move into a Veridian home or condominium, we can help. We offer three different programs that make it easy to own a Veridian home.
Rent Liability Agreement.
We'll take over the remainder of your lease when you close on your new Veridian home or condominium.
Lease Extension Agreement.
We'll pay the extension or early termination fee to keep you in your apartment until you can close on your Veridian home or condominium.
Lease Rebate Agreement.
We'll help you pay your remaining rent, up to a total of $2,000, when you close on your new Veridian home or condominium.
Mortgage Protection Program.
You know the saying, nothing in life is certain. So for those unexpected events, it's good to know that you're covered. If you're thinking about buying a Veridian home but worry about an unexpected job loss, knowing that the first two years could be covered for up to six months of mortgage payments will help make it — well, a little less stressful. The WHEDA Fannie Mae Advantage.
